Passenger was booking for 03/02/2020 and unfortunately booked for wrong date 03/01/2021, did called up to airline. As Per DGCA policy The airline will not charge any cancellation fee within 24 hours of booking a flight ticket. But air India customer service representative directly denied that this is not his look out.
