Till date I haven’t got my ticket refund which was requested on Dec 13th 2020. I’ve been contacting Air India via call an email – but no proper response from them and just saying its been in process. What are they doing its been 4 months now, Air India should not be trusted for any reasons.
Disgusting customer service and they don’t care about their customers.

I never expected Tata group of companies to provide poor customer service . My baggage is delayed and I have been writing emails to edit the address in my profile , since it’s missing the building number . I have got no response as of now . and now it’s states one of my baggage is delivered but I have never received one , planning to post it in all social media pages to gain attention of higher officials if that helps .
