All the above 3 numbers are no longer in use-Namely, 0431-(2481200, 2483800 & 2480288). Then 0431-(2341722, 2341744 and 2341755) are just ringing, nobody picks up.
So, how to reach Air India staff or cust. care to enquire about the status of our already postponed flight to US which is currently scheduled for 19th July 2020. While we understand the aftereffects of the pandemic, phone numbers when ringing NEED to be picked up by Air India staff. This seldom happens. We can’t wait for days together for a staff to answer our call.
