Why is it impossible to find the opening hours of the Air Mauritius Ticket Office in Port Louis?
was calling on 2077575 for assistance on 3 march as from 15.15 till 15.30 ( enquiring abt the 20% discount on delhi,mumbai flight for online booking ),just put me on hold listening to music,nobody pick up the phone.
call again at 15.47 ,keeping me on hold again !
call again at 15.56 no pick up.
is this truly a 24/7 service? its a shame for Air Mauritius, need to check with your employees
I have called 207 7575 today, the 07.03.2023 with no avail .very poor service.
I then called on 603 3030 Ebene branch at 15:32 , 15;39 , 15:46 when a lady administrator answered and quickly transferred me to reservation without asking the reason for my call where I then waited for a long time with no answer once again and I had no choice but to cancel the call.
I called again and asked the same person not to transfer me to reservation as no one is answering the phone but she insisted that I will have to speak to reservation .
I said I had a general query and it will only take a few moments and she said to call at 16:00 as a new team would take over then. Very disappointed with her service , she didn’t care or wanted to assist .she was very dismissive and I even asked for her name and she said “Protocol” reason she cannot tell me her name .
There a good reason why Air Mauritius is always losing business. THEY DONT CARE…….. VERY Poor service
2023 still hard to find working hours for air mauritius office..seriously..terrible.
