    I am posting this information on many Facebook and other community media…. we need help from ANZ.

    I wanted to inform all who plan to use ‘Air New Zealand Airlines’ ANZ please be warned if you end up having issues related to your flight or baggage or anything that ANZ would need to address, their customer service approach is to
    – tell you to call them which is absolutely impossible to talk to a ANZ representative in a timely manner
    – if you do reach an ANL representative they do not assign any to help you
    – ANZ does not reply back to emails or calls
    – when you call back to ANZ customer service you have to start all over explaining the issue, which then ANZ does not follow up or respond

    Why I am upset:
    My wife (Jennifer Bernau) left her iPad on the flight. Of the only true email response from ANZ, ANZ confirmed that they in fact found it and sent photos. That one point forward, ANZ did not nothing or took any actions to resolve the issue ‘nothing’.

    After filling out all the required ANZ forms, the following ANZ employees and departments were contacted; Ryan Kim – Baggage tracing Administrator, Baggage Services, Paul G. – supervisor, ANZ Customer Service

    In reality Air New Zealand Airlines stole my wife’s iPad and we are at a complete lose to
    Understand.

    If You can select airline that treats their customers better. Do not select Air New Zealand Airlines.
