Air serbia airlines is the worst airline that I had seen. Customer service is shitty. Stranded in airports for 3 days and nobody wants to take responsibility for the cancelled flight. Went through hell. I was sick for a whole week after the trip. Staff in Kiev did not speak English at all and in short they do not give a flying fuck about their customers. I pay over $600 for a one way ticket that it is normally $200 ticket and I ended in Beirut three days later while waiting in airports. They are stupid enough to reroute me to isreal to go to Lebanon. What a fucken airline ? They do not have have the courses to upgrade my airline after three days or fly me in a first class or show their regret. They pissed me off Becuase they don’t fucken care. Fuck this shitty airline. I will post on every travel advisory about the terrible treatment and loss of money and time as a result.
