    Hi Air Asia.

This is an email regarding the request for a change in flight departure. (Air Asia flight)

My name is John Samuel. I have a flight booked for myself and another 11 people from Sydney to Kuala Lumpur, on 15th April 2020 and 18th Kuala Lumpur to Singapore. However, our accommodation in Kuala Lumpur was cancelled by the hotel due to the coronavirus outbreak. Due to this situation, we cannot enter into Malaysia and depart this flight. Therefore, could you please change this ticket to any another destination from Sydney or a refund?

    Kind Regards

I have tried calling AirAsia Australia contact number and it says the number is disconnected. I have sent two emails to the email address provided and they bounce back. How do I contact someone in regards to a flight change?? Please someone give me a contact so I can complete my required change.

THIS WOULD HAVE TO BE THE WORST AIRLINE TO GET ANY HELP FROM.
I’VE BEEN TRYING FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS TO CALL THEM, ALL NUMBERS ARE EITHER DISCONNECTED OR DO NOT ANSWER.
NO HELP FOR CUSTOMERS ON THEW WEBSITE, JUST A STUPID COMPUTER CHAT THING, THAT DOES NOTHING TO HELP.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER, WHY? BECAUSE THERE IS NONE

Hi..I am having a huge problem trying to get a credit for my fiancé flight from Bali to Manila. The electronic “AVA” cannot answer the questions because it tells me it doesn’t recognise the flight booking number…trying to contact AirAsia is a nightmare.
We are trying to get a credit for a flight cancelled by AirAsia. Booking number EVB3YC. The flight number was Z2 232 leaving Bali to Manila on the 15th May and then AirAsia rescheduled for the 17th May then finally cancelled by AirAsia via email on 16th April. Passenger name Ms Ivy Ceniza
We do not require a refund only to ensure we get a credit to enable my fiancé a flight back to Manila later
Would you please advise who we can talk to regarding this issue….Thankyou

  • Ma. Sheena Camille Diaz

    Hi RE: BOOKING NUMBER: A78EFE
My wife’s (Sri Hartuti) June 1st flight (QZ206), from Jakarta to Perth, has been cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions. I received notification that she was entitled to a 730 days credit account. I followed the details to request this credit and was directed to a ‘chat window’!! I wasted about an hour at this window and was asked the booking number, at least 5 times, which was refused each time. In the end I gave up. Could you possible arrange for a 730 day credit (or preferably a refund), for these cancelled flights (Jkt-KL-Per), for my wife? This comment is sent to you as I am unable to find a suitable email, or business address for Air Asia
I, Michael Lewis Evans, paid for the booking so probably the credit/refund will be forwarded to me? My AirAsia BIG number is: 6530094430

    Please oblige with this request

  • Derek Caudwell

I cannot get in contact with anyone from Air Asia. I purchased tickets with them in February and with Covid happening our flights were cancelled and we are trying to get a refund. Ava does not work and the phone numbers I google do not work.
Please get someone to ring or email me.

  • Helga Ibell

Due to COVID, my flight from. Brisbane to Bangkok on 25.March 2020 was cancelled. I received a message that my flight was successful turned into a credit. The letter stated that I should get in contact with the airline before 22.4.2021. For the last month I tried to do just that. I even travelled to Gold Coast airport. But there was no Office anymore. Talking to AVA is frustrating und brings no results. I loved to fly airasia but this situation is frustrating. Being 75 and 85 years old our travel time is over. It doesn’t seem travel restrictions will go away any time soon. So please help me and give me a email address or phone number in Australia.
    Thanks. Helga

I just want to talk to a human, not a robot that sends you around in circles.
Air Asia you are a large multi national company you are accountable to service your customer in a appropriate way not hide behind your uncontactable website.

I just want to change or refund my flights because of COVID-19

  • Robert & Natcha Burkitt

Waiting 18 x months for refund, sent at least 80 messages and emails. Told over and over to get a credit, sick of repeating myself. I just want my refund. Recently told it was paid on 20th Jan 2021. This is not true and I provided Bank statements to proof it ! Asked Air Asia to provide their proof of receipt of payment , no response ?? Nothing but Lies and deception, sick of it, provided Bank details 3 x times, told I am going to be paid, never happens. Now, no replies to phone messages and emails sent..Sick of the same computer generated responses, when will someone ring me, or send a real email ? Booking Number GQHI6Y Case Number unknown as AirAsia keeps changing them, and the stupid AVA system has no idea ! Lets see if I get a reply

  • Kamaraj Engkatesoo

None of the phones are working.
Your virtual assistant, Ava, couldn’t answer any of myquestions.
What kind of AI is this?
I just want a confirmation of my flight D7221 and booking no: EYGTUR

  • Asha Patel

    Hi
Can anyone help me around this situation I have waiting for refund for more then 2 and a half year I can’t get to talk to anyone on the phone and AVA chat is totally waste of time I can’t get anywhere if you can’t provide me a refund please process credit voucher at least.

Please see below email conversation for last two years .
It had been a further 11 days haven’t received my refund, I understand it’s been a challenging time for everyone, but I find this process very poorly handled. It’s going to be a nearly one year I will be waiting for refund. If the table was other way around air Asia would have charged me a interest on top of my owing.
I also found that I have to wait further 16 weeks from the date of the email for other type of outcome.
Can you please process my refund as soon as possible.
