      I have ticket that supposedly depart last April 4 2020 but because of the Covid 19 it was cancelled but until now I don’t receive Any refund or any report when I can rebook that ticket,,could you help me please.My employer is the one who book the ticket and she say she file already for refunded but until now no response,,Thanks

    I’ve tried calling your Hong Kong Office land line 3013-5060 but failed with no ringing tone at all. What is happening?
    Please kindly check the e-ticket with booking no. CWMEJ1 )fly to KL on 15 June. THe passenger name is SUGIARTI. But due to your computer system issue, I’ve typed the passenger name as SUGIARTI SUGIARTI (as your system required to input both surname and last name) but the passport name of this passenger is only “SUGIARTI”. Would this pose any problem when the passenger check in at your airline counter this coming 15 June? Please advsie ASAP.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I am writing to request for a refund of the air ticket purchased for an international flight from Manila to Hong Kong on 5 January 2020 (Booking no.: OUEZ4P).

    The flight was booked for Hazel Kay Saria, who was to travel to Hong Kong to work as a foreign domestic helper. Our agency helped book a domestic flight (Booking no.: GSQNYI) from Iloilo to Manila, and an international flight from Manila to Hong Kong. To my understanding, the domestic flight (Flight no. Z2 307), scheduled to take off at 05:35, was delayed by half an hour and arrived at Manila at 07:20. Attached in this letter is a screen capture of your website on that day for your reference, indicating the delay. The international flight (Flight no. Z2 1264), on the other hand, departed at 08:25, earlier than the scheduled time. Evidence of this is also attached here. This meant that Hazel Saria had only about an hour for transit – which included time needed for getting off the domestic flight, collecting her luggage, and travelling over to the international boarding gate before it closed for departure. This was not possible. Due to the delay, Hazel missed her international flight.

    Having missed her flight, Hazel was left stranded at the airport. We were forced to purchase an extra ticket (Booking no.: A3SI4N) so that Hazel could travel to Hong Kong as soon as possible. This delay caused unnecessary stress to Hazel, as she had to scramble for accommodation arrangement that night at such short notice. She also started her work one day late, and it incurred an extra cost of HKD2744 on my part.

    Our agency contacted you for a refund, but I was told that only airport tax could be refunded. I find this extremely unreasonable, for Hazel missed her flight only because of the delay. The time that was available for transit, due to the delay, was not adequate for transit.

    I hope your airline could take responsibility for this unfortunate incident, and could refund full cost of the ticket of the plane (HKD2379.78) that Hazel did not manage to take.

    I and my husband ordered 2 flight tickets (Ref#NRD6VL) for 10/Apr to BKK and 13/Apr back to HK. Since there is a policy in Thailand that people need to go to Thailand needs to do isolation within 14days after immigrate to Thailand due to Coronavirus, we would like to have some backup plans from you.

    Pls advise if we can extend the flight tickets , for example , half year or one year from that departure date.

    I have applied the refund for the airticket due to your flight cancel the schedule with your reason. and I applied the refund process through your airasia virtual allstar.. and I got a email from you that I cannot get back my refund and hold my refund and need to book another tickets within 750 days.. I don’t think it is reasonable for your refund term. for this ticket, I bought for my helper to go back manila.. but you suddenly inform us to cancel the flight. Then I applied the refund.. my helper now back to Manila.. and how can I use back that refund, and I will not never take any airaisa flight . Pls let me know how to refund back the money instead of hold my $$. all others airline can refund the $$ , but only airasia use this way to hold customer’s money. It is not our fail not to take flight, it is due to your problem to cancel the flight. Pls call me and give me refund. If not, I will go further complaint in different way.
