My wife has booked a flight from japan to Nepal on 2018/10/11. But she got a cancellation mail from airasia. According to the airasia site passengers can change the departure date freely in once. she is going to the process of airasia site but at the point need to add extra money to the change the departure date although this is her first time.Has she pay extra money to change the departure date although this is her first time?
