    I was booked for a flight from Manila to Davao on May 7- 11, 2019. Unfortunately, I would not be able to travel because of an emergency, my mother- in law was admitted in the provincial hospital (Bulacan), due to ischemic stroke and still under observation. Another sad thing eventually happened, the only sibling she has, (brother) died because of a heart attack. Is it possible to hold my booking, and since there will be a PAP Convention in Davao on September 18-20 this year, I am planning to fly on the said date.     I just need clarification, I booked a flight. I’m so sure that I’ve checked the month date. I turns out that the month was incorrect upon purchased. I tried the amend the details and it was successful. However, they charged me for a changed fee. I heard that you can refund the change fee within 24 hrs from date of purchased. However, I have received message from the hotel in Boracay that due to typhoon Ursula which damaged most parts of the Boracay Island and causing damagesto Electricity and Internet etc. Hotel has cancelled all bookings for safety of guests and are refunding the booking payments.

      Everything went ok…except I paid my tickets using 7-connect. Unfortunately 7-connect does not refund payment. I don’t know yet how I will be refunded. The chat robot have no clue about 7-connect.

    I tried to booked a flight through Airpaz website and it keeps giving me a response of TECHNICAL SERVER ERROR so I tried multiple times. The next day I learned that 4 of the booking went through and deduct on my bank.
    2/4 were refunded to a travel vouchers and 2 were actual (LIVE) booking. It is considered double booking since they have same passengers name and flight details and dates.
    I tried calling the number that i found in Google but no response only email but until now i haven’t heard from them. No other way to contact them either until now i have no assurance that my Money will be return.

    hi good afternoon, ive been trying to call your customer service to discuss about the flight that i booked. It was flight N4CLTW and K81I6X. Outbound from Davao to Cebu. I already tried sorting it through chatting AVA but didnt ended well. Why?
    First the flight N4CLTW, booked Sept.25 was cancelled and return date on Oct.1. Ive been trying to look for another flight before the returned date but nothings available please help me with this one. If cant be sorted can you just refund it.
    Second the flight K81I6X, booked Sept. 24 was cancelled also and return date Oct.9. My question is why i cant resched the flight on Oct.1 outbound from davao knowing it is before the return date. It says I can only resched it on or before Sept. 30. What the f***, knowing theirs no available flights before that …realllllllllyyyy please help me.

We have sent medical documents as you requested, the bank account where you wilol deposit the refund years ago but no refund until to date and when i checked my cases all were closed withoput hearing anything from you. . Pls check all communications and be respoinsible to your obligations. jhope your family wont get sick so you will not experience the same.

    Please process refund as soon as possible. please provide telephone number where we can communicate with you directly. So much stress has been exp[erienced regarding this refund. that is hard earned money. All the time promises to be refunded soon but until now no refund has been made.

    Hi, I booked with Air Asia, Manila to Palawan. I used my UnionBank Debit Card. Payment was debited from my account but according to Air Asia, my payment was not processed. I already checked with my bank but according to them, payment was successfully debited.

    Hi, I Initially booked for travel Kalibo to Manila on May 24 14:40 and was rescheduled to May 25 6:40. I cannot accept this because I have an international flight on May 24 23:55. Can you help me settle this ASAP. because it appears that the original flight I got still exist, I dont understand why you rescheduled me if that is available. Then Ill have to pay 4000 plus to resched my flight to my original booked flight.

      Also, I received an email about change in flight but the new flight details is the same. May 24 14:40Pm. I did not receive any email changing my flight to May 25. I just checked today and I need to be rebooked to my original flight or the closest flight on May 24 because I have international flight on May 24 at 23:55.

    Ask ko lang about rebooking ng return ticket…paano siya??? Kasi plan ko mag book ng ticket this Sept.2022 – October 2022….tapos need ng 2 way ticket for visa pusrpose…kaso plan ko mag stay pa ng matagal sa anak ko sa india…paano kaya yung open ticket ninyo for return ticket lang…may charge po ba magkano???

    I would like to inquire how can we refund the ticket that has been cancelled, supposedly the flight was August 10 .. Muscat to Manila under Sahara Gay C. Bueno.. sadly Sahara not able to fly because she needs visa to enter India.. we didnt know that she needs visa.. Her flight was via India.

    This is the worst airline. My father’s flight was canceled due to pandemic. We opted for a refund. Last communication I got was last year that it is still in progress. It’s more than 2yrs but no refund has been processed and no update in the case. Now if you check in your account, the case is still in progress but if you check for the progress of the case via AVA (robot that is not intelligent at all), the case # or the booking # can no longer be found. Instead of waiting for the update it is better that you file this directly to the authorities rather than waiting for something that you won’t be able to get back.

    I saw in my air asia app that my return flight from Bangkok to Manila was cancelled on sept 17 but I didnt receive any email or text that You cancelled it. Air asia ticket office in Phil confirmed that the flight is cancelled . My booking number is F1F9GC . Please clarify and update me asap .

    I travelled from Manila to Kalibo with AirAsia on 8th November. We felt like we were ambushed at the check-in. They asked if we had any alcohol in our checked baggage. We had two bottles in my wife’s case. They insisted that we remove them and dispose of them, clearly causing inconvenience and monetary loss. AirAsia is the only airline applying such a policy. Your assistant said the policy is stated when booking, but I cannot see any reference to it. Please advise where I can find it and if it should have been obvious to me. In any case, to bury such an unusual restriction in the small print would be a nonsense. It would need to be stated clearly up front, because it is so unexpected. For the sake of saying, mouthwash and aftershave have much higher levels of alcohol than beverages, but they are not banned. If you don’t care to respond to this message, it won’t matter much, because I will never travel on AirAsia again.
