I have been trying to apply for a refund for a cancelled flight URDHPR TPE TO CEB Tue 31 MAR 2020

Yesterday I applied twice through Customer Service On-line . Each time I waited for more than 2 hours. So a total of 4 hours without being able to use my computer during that time, lest I be disconnected. I do not want to go through the same process again and again with no help being offered, no customer service being offered. I called the phone numbers listed for Taipei found at Air Asia official web site. The numbers are in error. I do not want to leave the cost of the tickets on Air Asia’ Account. I want a refund sent directly to my credit card which was used to purchase the tickets. The cancellation of the flight was due to Covid-19.

My name is Vilma Chan. Your system had an error. I tried to book a flight TPE-MNL dated December 4, 2020 but your system says that it was sold out so I again tried to book December 6, 2020 and your system says the same. SOLD OUT. But when I checked on my email the bookings were confirmed. I had two bookings now. Dec. 4 Booking number is BV2PUS and the Dec 6 booking number is US3GVR. I would like to request for a refund or if I can just rebook the Dec 6 on my return MNL-TPE which date is not yet sure. Tentatively on January after my VISA is released.
Hoping to hear from your response soon as I am worried. I am trying to save money but I was dissapointed to have this kind of error.

Do not book with this airline!!! I have never had worse customer service from a company. There is no way to contact a live person, and when trying to work through their automated Ava chat bot, you get taken around in circles and still never get an answer from a live person. I have 3 flights that I cannot get any sort of refund or even credit on. I have spent hours working on this and have just wasted my time.
We have duplicate booking that we needed to refund. I already call the phone number but no ones answer it and chatted to AVA but no response at all.

We are a group of 4 missionaries in Taiwan for many years and will go to Cebu (Philippines on January 2023).Until recently the government of the Philippines did not recognized the yellow international vaccination card made in Taiwan. We would like make sure that through the new regulation , they recognize this card and that it will be no problem just before taking the flight.
We already bought 2 Air Asia flight Tickets for 2023 January 2nd, and would like to buy 2 others tickets after receiving the confirmation that our taiwanese vaccination car will be accepted.

no support whatsoever and they never answer our calls despite the several audio messages we have left to them ….. They randomly reschedule flights and do not make it easy to contact them to claim refunds or further changes….. worse airline service ever
I have planned trips to Thailand and Japan. I’m in need for extra Oxygen during the flight,
a) from your side
b) by my own Oxygen concentrator: INVACARE PLATINUM POC 1, with 2 batteries included (83.5 Wh).
The Concentrator has FAA approval. But in case the 2 batteries are not sufficiant enough for the long flight, I would need a AC 110-220 Volt to connection during flight for recharging.
In addition I will need a wheelchair.
Pls confirm what is possible and if you have medical forms for this purpose.
