Hello I have been calling that number to clarify my booking
i was booking 2 flights at the same time and the system changed one to the last flight as i was going from Manila to chiang mai on november 5th
and 2nd flight was going from don muang DMK to MNL on november 16 th
but now i have 2 bookings from DMK to MNL on 16th, that is not what i wanted
both booking # L13D4M & R2DH2Z
can you please change one booking to travel november 5th from MNL to chaing mai as i feel your system some how is responsible for this even though i was booking in 2 different internet windows on my computer. please help me fix this
I have waited for over 7 months for a refund from this Airlines AirAsia. There has been no response from them other than telling me my refund is in “progress”, then it tells me credit card closed. I am going to file a law suit against this airlines for laundering of my money as I they have kept it with while leading me on to believe I will in fact get a refund. The United States DOT states that because of this worldwide pandemic, Airlines are to refund immediately money to customers who wish not to have a credit account with the Airlines that they purchased tickets from. AirAsia cancelled our flight not us. Because they are based out side of America, I feel that they have taken advantage of Americans and therefore I feel they are indeed doing business illegally.
