I need to cancel my AirAsia flights to Sydney Australia due to rejected visa. I need to book flight from a different airport.
I booked a flight to HCMC on 31st January (AK 522) , flight time 11.50am.
I bought 2 bottles DOM to collect in flight.
My flight was changed to 2.35pm ,same day (AK 526)
Airasia forget to transfer my purchase to this flight.
I was so angry and mad. These purchases are meant for gift for my
family during CNY visit.
The flight attentant then on AK 526, told me they did send a complaint but
until now i did not see any message or refund from AA.
Pls advise and reply ASAP

i failed made payment on booking number MYGH4H but Air Asia deduct my credit account withount revert back after cancel my booking!!!!and dont have any customer services!!! Airasia is the most terrible airline as i meet!!!!!!!!
