I need to cancel my AirAsia flights to Sydney Australia due to rejected visa. I need to book flight from a different airport.
I booked a flight to HCMC on 31st January (AK 522) , flight time 11.50am.
I bought 2 bottles DOM to collect in flight.
My flight was changed to 2.35pm ,same day (AK 526)
Airasia forget to transfer my purchase to this flight.
I was so angry and mad. These purchases are meant for gift for my
family during CNY visit.
The flight attentant then on AK 526, told me they did send a complaint but
until now i did not see any message or refund from AA.
Pls advise and reply ASAP

Hello Air Asia. My name is Rev. Diovanni Emperio. Some time on May, I booked 4 air tickets from CEBU TO DAVAO and Back, for me, my wife and 2 kids, so we can our family vacation.
Our date of Departure is on Aug. 7 Monday morning. Just when I checked my email to print out tickets, I learned that there is a change of time of our flight which is around 50 minutes later than our original schedule. There was an option to “accept New schedule.of itinerary’, and so I clicked it.
However a few minutes later, I was surprised that the new itinerary would be CEBU to MANILA, instead of CEBU to Davao! How come this change of destination was put up?
Now, my wife and I rushed to Air Asia Mactan airport office, hoping to clear this up and print our tickets. However we were told the office is already closed.
I am hoping AIR ASIA could help clear out this confusion and give us our printed tickets for CEBU TO DAVAO (AUG. 7 MONDAY), and then back from DAVAO to CEBU on August 16.
