    I booked a flight from cebu to manila scheduled on 7th but due to some unfortunate incident the flight has to be cancelled. upon initiating a refund, staff from the payment center in cebu where cash payment has been made informed that the amount is not refundable if booked online.
    Please confirm if this is the policy of Air Asia? and how will i refund the amount already paid.

    Good morning Air Asia …. we are a licensed ticketing office based here in the City of Naga, Cebu and we are linked with VIA support system. Upon the ardent requests of my client/passengers, we were able to book thru VIA support system the following flights, which were alll cancelled:
    1. Clark [CRK] to Cebu [CEB] on 03/06/2020 via Airasia Zest [Z2-902] at 09:25 AM PNR VRN3KR for passengers: JESSICA ADENIC AND ALEJA ENCABO
    2. Cebu [CEB] to Manila [MNL] on 01/06/2020 via Airasia Zest [Z2-776] at 12:50 PM PNR S4BYWW for passenger: EDWIN YURONG

    THESE PASSENGERS HAVE BEEN STRANDED IN THEIR RESPECTIVE PLACES AND ARE REALLY DYING TO GET A QUICK FLIGHT BACK HOME…. THAT’S THE REASON WHY THEY TOOK THE FIRST AVAILABLE FLIGHT WHICH WAS FLOATED BY YOUR AIRLINE. HOWEVER, ALL OF THESE FLIGHTS ARE CANCELLED.     What number can I call? your airline cancelled my original reserved and pald flight and move it to an unacceptable time. It is a round trip on the same day and what is FUNNY is the departure is way before the return on the same day- it is crazy meaning I cannot use the ticket! my flight is June 8 and the reason I am roundtrip is I will fetch my mother and return on the same day.
