    Hi

I am flying from Gold Coast to Kuala Lumpur on 24th November.

How do I check in an oversized baggage. What should I do as I have been trying many times to contact by phone and cannot get through.
I need to check in this as an oversized item and what will be the extra charges. How do I do it.

I made refund application for 2 flights to Korea. below are the booking numbers
    1) RR48TL was made on 24.02.2020
    2) V63EQA was made on 06.03.2020.

However, the 2nd booking already got the refund and 1st booking still pending progress. It has been 1month 7 days from the day I made the refund process. And all your support people can reply is still in progress. It supposed to be credited into my bank account within 30days. But I havent received any refund yet.
Why is it 2nd booking already received which made before the 1st booking?
Please update me the status and payment in 1 week.

    Thank You!

My wife air ticket has being cancel, cannot refund and only can postpone, but need to pay large amount. It’s not her fault that the flight being cancel. It’s because of the lockdown.I really don’t like Airasia anymore while other airline can refund without any question. Her booking number is D5M7HN,6th of May 2020 to Bangkok. If hope that Airasia can solve her problem. She did email to Airasia, but the answer has not being clarify. When call hotline 03-86604680 many, many time, but no answering call.

air aisa is the worst airline in the world there is not contact and personal complain option for cancleled flights due to corona virus for refund
only a robot that excludes any explaination. I will never fly air asia ever it is better to have a airline that is transparent and pay a bit more.

    Dear Sir,
I’ve purchased the AA Unlimited pass on 13th June for myself with my login (my email & BIG Member). And noted that I cant purchase another one for my wife. Hence I tried to login with my other email and tried registered my wife. Somehow it wasn’t successful.
Somehow my unlimited seem to be clashing I cant make any booking. My Unlimited pass is link to her.
And Yesterday, I register my wife for the BIG Member and get her the AA Unlimited pass. And after many attempts managed to booked her flight. But I still can’t book mine, remains linked with her….. why??
As of now, I’ve lose many choice booking to Kuching!! And I’ve tried many many many times to contact AA, but unsuccessful. Horrific experience!!

They have many numbers listed on their websites, none of which work. What am I supposed to do?
