    Hi Airasia Langkawi Team,

    I would like to update you regarding my unpleasent experience with your service counter last Wednesday (4/03/2020). We were supposedly to be in flight AK6328 (LGK – KUL – KCH). Due to very slow service in bagage counter we have to queue up until final call! And thats when things got messy. (If you ever in this situation you would know how panic it is) I will never forget how the Malay lady looks like – Round Korean Glasses, Braces, Scarf. She is incharge at service counter that evening. You should be more efficient. With that kind of attitude you dont deserve to work in frontline. You made us bought new flight and stucked for another night in Langkawi because of your slow service and when its about time you rush us and saying “You only have 1 minute” with that kind poor attitude towards us. We couldve have known things earlier if the GSA tell us clearly. At first she mentioned the price of the baggage was RM79.50, and when we have take out the liquid put on our handcarry – She said we had to pay for RM156.20 because 2 transit (LGK- KUL-KCH). See the problem there? if she tell us from at the very first place when we drop off our lugagge before we are heading to the boarding hall (Which we have plenty of time and we could withdraw our money) Another problem there are no clear instruction on that day. As far as I am concern, the GSA shoulve double check of the do’s and dont’s especially the Baggage drop off part. The next day our day were smooth, Kudos to the proffesional team working that next incident, clear instruction, doubled checked, smooth journey until Kuching. I hope your team take seriously about this matter. I travel to most places with Airasia and this the first time happen to me. I am so looking forward for your response.

      im so sorry for your experience but no, this is the worst airline I have taken,
      they cancelled my flight and said will refund but i’ve been contact them via facebook instagram, even counter,
      it s been 3weeks, nothing in progress.
      yes the service is indeed HORRIBLE!
