I have lost my iPhone at Macao airport on Wed morning but have confirmed and verified my phone is with the police station staff at the airport. I was then asked to call and contact AirAsia office in Macao at hotline 853-6262-6352 as well as airport line 853-2886-1388 and 853-2886-2262 but nobody has been answering my call since yesterday night.
Pls I wish AirAsia can arrange my phone to be sent back to me in Brunei since I already returned to Brunei on Thursday morning/

My sister-in-law’s flight on March 1, 2020 (MFM-MNL) was cancelled due to the epidemic virus #Covid-19. I received an email on how to refund the ticket and gave me the case number and informed us to wait for they have the processing of 30 days yet until as of the moment I haven’t heard, received any news about the refund. I went to the Macao International Airport to ask for assistance yet the office was close. Is there any way to follow-up the refunded the ticket as I need to refund another tickets that has been cancelled? The online costumer supper via AVA cannot answer my questions repeatedly. Is there an easy way to refund the cancelled flights?

Please contact me about booking No. S1LU4V. We bought adds on package including food seatings luggage insurance but turn out nothing just luggage. Your staff is not helpful at all just told me the system is like that and they am so nothing. Please reply me by email and explain why by Monday, 12 Jim. I have captured screens when I book and have proof. I’m wanna make sure my return flight is amended to the right things. Or else I will make complaint to the Macau Consumer Council.
