    How long it will take to refund the flight cancellation from Boracay Closure? I have been emailing the official website of AIr ASIA several times, they replied that the refund was on the process and just allow the bak to transfer the refund for 10-15 working days, But 20working days had past but still no transfer of fund was receive. Kindly address the Refund Process immediately,because we paid that air ticket on the spot cash, and we are not the one who cancelled the flight but due to Boracay Closure ordered by the Government of the Philippines.

      Airasia can you please verify my iterinary ticket kalibo to manila for november 6,2018 flight..until now you did not send my iterinary to my gmail add..my booking was last October 11,2018..and in that day also i’ll my paid my transaction at cebuana lhuillier pritil branch. Why is it until now i did not recieve email of my iterinary ticket? I did not paid my ticket for nothing. Airasia i call your attention..thank you!

    I am a disabled traveller. I just would like to give you feedback about my worst experience in my trip to Shanghai, your 1st maiden vouyage from Cebu, Phils. on July 7.! Upon our arrival at Shanghai Airport, we were not assigned a tube tunnel and instead, we were made to go down by stairs. There was no wheelchair and the ground crew did not make any effort to assist us to board the bus. This is the only airport that i experienced being carried by my nephew to get onboard the bus, else we will be left out at the tarmac!
    The bus driver even yelled at us saying hurry coz we are already delayed and we will be late if we will not get in hurriedly to the bus!
    This was really disgusting!!! I will really sound this off to my friends and contact not to go to Shanghai if they are disabled travellers!

    Hi. I have contacted a CSR of Air Asia last Mach 12, 2019 at phone number 742-2742. She said that she’s going to make a report regarding my concern. My daughter booked for a promo by Air Asia on RedHotSeatSale for Php201 air fare for five passengers and an infant. Her booking number is WUIS3d. In the Itenerary of payment that appeared on screen it appeared in Philippine peso in the amount of P2,500+ but to her surprise when she got her email it appeared in MYR currency 2728.64 and converted to Philippine peso Php33,000+.
    I am requesting here for a refund for the OVERCHARGED booking which was mistakenly charged in MYR currency. My daughter was booking for a local flight from Manila to Kalibo, Aklan in a promo at low cost why would your company charge us in Malaysian currency? Please help me get a refund of the payment overcharged on us.
    You are a big company with a reputation and a business to keep while my daughter is just a customer wanting to get a promo trip to Boracay. We will appreciate it very much if you will give us a hand on this. God be our help.

    hi! would like to ask, since the government will have a lacked down in Metro Manila from March 15 to April 14, 2020. is there a possibility that they wont allow flights going to Manila? Because i booked a flight in Airasia, Cebu to Manila on March 25, 2020.

    Because right now i am having a second thought of going to Cebu. Am also coordinating to my other airline where i booked Manila to Cebu this coming March 22, and also my hotel.

    Our flight supposedly on March 27 2020 and will be back on April 05, 2020 ( for two). Due to the pandemic the government ordered a Transportation Lockdown which affects our flight. On March 17, 2020… we filed the REFUND thru your AVA and one option that has been offered of where to settle it is thru BANK. So we have a provided a BANK ACCOUNT thru AVA…
    Since then I always check the status and it says” In Progress”
    When I checked it again…for it took 6 months already…
    CASE STATSU: CLOSED!.. How did it happened? You closed the refund issue without notifying your client and worst we don’t get the REFUND… i really need the monetary refund and i really assume it will go to the BANK.
    But the case was CLOSED already?
    Please tell me what to do.
