We have issue regarding our recent booking cancellation. We booked Indonesia domestic flight for travel towards Singapore via airasia website. But due to medical emergency, the passenger could not travel. We have been trying to reach airasia support via all means like chatbot, whatsapp, twitter, facebook for cancellation and refund but no help. The booking from airasia was for Lionair with reference number
10001618499 and PNR HZXIND. Airasia chatbot cannot recognize the PNR and Lion air support team says this is not booked directly so need to check with airasia.
Can someone help on this matter? No support direct reach for emergency assistance where chatbot fails, so disappointing

Trying to contact Air Asia to actually speak to someone is virtually impossible.
It is really disgraceful and Tony Fernandez needs to get of his ass and fix the problem!!

I had have a hard time TRYING to contact AirAsia Singapore, with regards to the name amendment on the air ticket.
My children had mistaken and assumed that my Christian name (Keith) is reflected on my passport and hence, used KEITH SOH as passenger’s name for my ticket. The Correct name on my Passport should be SOH (surname) Cheow Boon (given name) and my date of birth is 27/04/1976.
AirAsia then issued a confirmed flight ticket with the wrong name, on booking number QYB6MH for the flight from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur. The flight is scheduled to fly on 07/08/2022.
I have spend the last 126 hours awaiting on the Ava chat to speak to your operators but the queue is simply too for waiting.
