Good morning sir/maam I just want to ask about update regarding my baggage last August 24 we had a flight from Manila to Tacloban via Air asia Z28327 and we are bound to Tacloban together with us are those who we’re also bound to Davao after we landed on Tacloban airport we’re not able to get our baggages because your personnel said that it will be return tomorrow which is August 25 at 1pm. Any update maam regarding my baggages because we are already sent to our respective areas and yet our baggages are not yet with us. Thank you for your response. Godbless
