Flight Z2 353 bound for Manila from Tagbilaran was cancelled on april 9, 2018. We have not received a formal explanation from the airline company of the actual reasons for this cancellation. We asked management to give us this information. Futhermore we demand for monetary compensation for this incident. We want to hear management about this as soon as possible. We expect an immediate reply from your end

After Ph. government declared a travel ban to macao immediately we receive an e mail fro my flight cancellation to macao last feb.18.2020, now we are waiting for immediate advise from air asia on what to do since we did not file refund but to wait for flight..pls give us advise or pls air asia give us email update on the status of the flight…
