AirAsia Fast Pass is a service which provides guests with an easier and hassle-free travel, with attached products which allows guests to enjoy priority services at the airport.

Where you can purchase a Fast Pass?

• You can purchase at AirAsia website, AirAsia MOVE app up to 24 hours before departure time.
• Surcharge may be applicable during peak seasons.

Purchase a Fast Pass at AirAsia

2. Select the currency
3. Click “Purchase Now”
4. Enter your booking number, family name/surname, and departure city.
5. Select the add-ons you wish to purchase.
6. Pay using your preferred payment channel.

Procedure for International Fast Pass guests departing and/or arriving at Kuala Lumpur

Passengers can follow the instruction on the below chart during their immigration check lanes in KLIA Terminal 2 on the day of departure or arrival. Currently available for flights with AK and D7 carrier codes only.

On which flight / country route Fast Pass applicable?

• Available for both inbound and outbound Malaysia and Philippines for AK, D7 and Z2 flights. Fast Pass fly-thru Ticket are given below.

Is there any discounts for children/ infants/ senior citizens / disabled / medical guest?

• No, the Fast pass will be priced the same for all passengers (children, senior citizens, disabled individuals, medical guests, or students).

Should I need to purchase Fast Pass for a child, an elderly person and/or friends traveling with me?

• Yes. You will need to purchase Fast Pass for all travellers in order to enjoy the benefits such as priority boarding and immigration service via APEC lane as Fast Pass only applicable for each guest who have paid for the service in the booking.
• For Infant: Tagged under a guest who had purchased Fast Pass, they will be able to enjoy the APEC lane services at KLIA Terminal 2.

Can i buy Fast Pass, if I have already purchased Xtra Carry On (CBWT)?

• Yes, you can.
• Xtra Carry On you already purchased is non-refundable and the combined weight of your two pieces of cabin baggage within the permitted dimension must not exceed 14 kilograms.

Can I use Fast Lane Immigration Services if I purchase Premium Flex or Premium Flatbed?

• Fast Lane Immigration Services only provided for Fast Pass users.
