  • Enter the place of journey and the postcode
  • Choose the number of bags
  • Select the ‘Price’
  • The price will be displayed according your luggage.

How to get refund on Airportr booking?

  1. You can cancel and get free refund of your booking before 2 hours the start of your scheduled collection slot.
  2. You may Log-in to your Airportr account – select ‘View booking’ – ‘Edit’ – follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. After the expire of 2 hours cut off period, you will be charged the full cost of your order to cover the booking slot reservation and driver call out.

How could i delete my personal datas in Airportr?

Please send an Email: [email protected] and the customer data will be deleted, together with any marketing permissions. The process will take 5 business days and an email will be sent to confirm when this is done.
