AlbaWings flight 2B229, 10 April 2023 Tirana – Bolonia. Reserve number 334870954
The above flight has been cancelled causing a complete cancellation of my journey. An alternative has been offered Tirana Tir – 17.00 – Bolonia , arriving 18.40, meaning that I cannot catch the connecting flight to Alicante which leaves at 18.30!
This disruption has meant that I have also had to cancel the flights on my outward journey, Alicante to Tirana, as well as the complete holiday booked through an agency.The total amount lost is 1,800 euros.
I demand to be reimbursed for all the problems caused and will not hesitate to take the further with EASA.
