    Second: Briefly , we had booked two return tickets on Alitalia air line & tour route:Cairo-Rome-Madrid dated 21/1/2020.As a result of the severe mistakes & mismanagement occurred on part of the Alitalia air line which caused financial harms related to our business ,Alitalia Dept. decided ,in virtue of the complaint no. 6003490500, to reimburse the expenses incurred due to the delayed delivery & breaking of our luggages (according to Art 31 & 12 of Montreal Convention) in addition to the financial loss incurred due to the mission failiure because of the delaying of plan’s arrival into Madrid.
    Third:After submitting,by e.mail, all the documents related to our dues into Alitalia Customer Relations and detailed negotiations over three months, they agreed finally to transfer of an amount of EGP 6,768.00(2 x EGP 3,384.00) into our Bank account for the two hurt persons within 30 days as of 6/5/2020 .But awfully sorry more than two months passed and the Alitalia Customer Relations do nothing concerning transfer our dues for the cash money.
    Considering that the AGCM deals with matters relating to consumer protection against all unfair commercial practices of businesses towards consumers and as we learned from Italian Civil Aviation Authority(Enac),we are looking forward to your potential assistance that could be offered to cooperate for releasing our dues from Alitalia to avoid the bad promotable reputation that could be done towards Alitalia Airline whether locally or worldwide.

    NB:Please find attached herewith the ex-mutual e.mails which took place between Alitalia & owner of the complaint(Shady Ibrahim) and the compensation which Alitalia Customer Relations decided and agreed upon finally to be implemented within May 2020.But unfortunately they do nothing up to date.
