I have booked flight from Delhi to Pisa. The flight is via Rome.
Del to Rome: AZ 769
Rome to Pisa: AZ 1663
There’s only a 1.5 hrs layover in Rome. However the flight from Delhi to Rome is supposedly late( as I checked online) and will reach much after the flight from Rome departs. How will you handle this?
I am trying to contact India Customer care at 011-43658023. Either they are not picking the call or even if they have picked twice, without even listening to the query, they are keeping me on hold for long. This is really Pathetic. I can listen to them in the background laughing and just gossiping, but they have no responsibility towards their customer.
Would have called this number 50 times already.
i booked a flight from delhi to Budapest, scheduled in feb’19. the flight was delayed hence i reached budapest next day as there was no other flight on the way. as said and claimed by ALITALIA they compensate there passenger in case of delay in flight more than 7 hours. though i was delayed by 24 hours, my claim was approved in May with the remarks that refund will be credited in 30 business day. but this is 3 months, still there is no refund received neither any revert from the airlines.
Only marketing stategy. dont think they give any claim to the passengers.
i have booked flight from boston to delhi via rome. since bos-fco flight comes on terminal 3 and departs from fco to delhi from terminal 1, do i need a transit visa?
can i go through from terminal 3 to terminal 1 inside the airport and take my flight to delhi?

are you going to initiate the bank transfer or not??? you guys are just fooling the customers and doing nothing else. I have doing regular follow up with your company but still not positive reply has been given. In the email you send you do not provide correct contact number and the number from which you make calls that also once in a blue moon is not contactable.
How much more time are you going to take initiate the bank transfer?? Almost two months are going to come by but seriously nothing has been done from end.
I would be left but no option to take legal route and lodge complaint against Alitalia. Atleast provide a date on which bank transfer will be done and provide contact no on which call can be attended.
