Where is my Baggage
My name is Ali Abdirahman Haji Fakih number of the baggage 0055607790
Me and my daughter had to had 2 flights on the 10th of September 2021 :
During our trip we faced several problems for the Alitalia company’s strike reason:
1. The baggage had been charged 2 times
2. Then the flight was 2 hours delay so we lost the flight Rome — Tallinn
And our baggage got lost . To registrate the lost baggage we spent another 2 hours in a queue, and finally we missed all the possible flights to get to Tallinn the same day, therefore we had to stay overnight in the hotel. Our extra spendings for that were 91.56 euros.
3. The new tickets from Rome to Tallinn we had to buy for the next day cost us 447.80 euros.
4. In the morning our suitcase arrived to Rome, so we paid for the baggage another 50 euros . The total cost for the flight Rome — Tallinn is 497,80 euros.
In light of the above, we would like to claim for the compensation of our extra spending in total 639,36 euros.
I am writing here because I could not find any email address of the customer department of Alitalia in Italy.
Would be much appreciated if you can forward my message to the department where i will be assisted or if you provide me with the email.
