    I have been calling the customer care contact number and been put on hold several times for over 20 minutes each time overnight and now again this morning. My flight is this afternoon but I need to speak to someone urgently. I am travelling for medical attention and requested a wheelchair assistance online. I initially would have travelled to Miami on AA2405 at 4:49pm from Antigua and landed in Miami at 7:25pm. The next leg of travel is after a layover in Miami for 3.5 hours then I would travel to Tampa. My medication will be in my suitcase as akk if ut can nto fit in my carry on/ handbag and as my health condition is getting worse I would need access to my meds during the 3.5 hr layover. My request is that my baggage not be checked straight through to the Tampa destination. I want to be able to get my baggage when I land in Miami and have it with me so I can take my meds during the 3 hrs I have to wait for the next flight AA1714 that leaves Miami at 10:45pm and lands in Tampa at 11:49pm.I dont mind rechecking my bag but I need the medication for the hours I have to wait Please can someone contact me, I need help and I can’t keep calling and staying on hold for so long without any answer.     Jeg trenger informasjon om en reise fra Santo Domingo SDQ tirsdag 6. desember 2022 12.54 PM som ble forsinket og landet i Miami ca kl. 6.00 PM. Jeg mistet neste fly fra Miami til New York kl. 6.00 og fikk ny billett med avgang fra Miami med AA 1922 kl, 7.35 PM som ogsƄ ble forsinket slik at jeg ikke fikk plass pƄ siste fly til Oslo OSL
    Jeg trenger Ƅ vite flytid for begge disse flight SDQ til MIA AA 987 kl12.54 nƄr forlot og nƄr landet og MIA til JFK AA 1922 kl 19.35 nƄt nƄr forlot flyplassen og nƄr landet.

    Your customer service is very poor. You are outsourcing an essential service to another company, for which I have to pay.
    I went to your Chat line to ask how to get my two seats assigned (Maui to LAX, August 21)
    and was told that “the Lawyer” would walk me through what to do after I signed up for $2.
    (and a monthly fee, which I would then have to bother to cancel). All of this was time-consuming, as is this complaint.
    Why can’t you give a customer a straight answer?
    Excuse my French. . .your customer service sucks.
