    Just checking the newly updated information from All Nippon Airways dated November 12, 2021 for Travelers bound to the USA.
    It Only states that a Negative PCR Test 72 hours prior to boarding is required. It does not say which PCR Test.
    All Nippon Airways Corporate site Indicates that a PCR Test by Nasal Swab and a PCR Test by Saliva are acceptable
    I would prefer not to have a stick stuck into nose. If the PCR Saliva is Acceptable that is the way I will chose.

      just went there yesterday; no problem w/ some prodding;
      the man in the front desk called someone from inside, a woman called april & she was great, beforehand assuring the lacto-ovo vegetarian meal, dealing with a mileage # problem & even instructing to call back so they could consolidate accounts.
      would you be implying after reading this, that it was because i’m a foreigner?

    It is so difficult to reach ANA Airline Makati City Ticketing Office in the Philippines. For 2 consecutive days, I tried calling their office — and on both days they put me on hold for more than 3 hours. After that, the line of obviously cut off. It is virtually impossible to get a hold of them. I tried also calling your overseas offices but to no avail. I am so frustrated with your service. I hope you do something about it.
