We are going to book flights to the US and will be using our company credit card to pay for the on line booking. We would like to request for a hard copy of the official receipt for the payment. Would you be able to issue an official receipt?

I’m a dual citizen, with US and Philippine passports. I’m traveling from Manila to Las Vegas on 14 Oct 2021 with ANA Confirmation #73240497 ETicket#0167651942589 I need to know the requirements in departing from Manila, what documents I must have. Will I need any document once I stop over to Japan. Also, how many excess baggage am I allowed and how much it will cost me.

Just checking the newly updated information from All Nippon Airways dated November 12, 2021 for Travelers bound to the USA.
It Only states that a Negative PCR Test 72 hours prior to boarding is required. It does not say which PCR Test.
All Nippon Airways Corporate site Indicates that a PCR Test by Nasal Swab and a PCR Test by Saliva are acceptable
I would prefer not to have a stick stuck into nose. If the PCR Saliva is Acceptable that is the way I will chose.

What type of covid test do you require for your flight. Im bound for the US Via San Fo.
Your prompt reply on this matter is highly appreciated. Thanks

My brother Cesar S. Gayo Jr. with airline confirmation # 32WE74, leaving Manila at 02:40 pm on 20th May 2022, just want to verify with regards to COVID 19 requirements, he has a booking for Anti Gen test on 8am-20May 2022. Is this enough or still need to take the RT PCR test?
Hope to rcvd your earliest reply to this inquiry.
