    my ANA member #4350771424. Can you help me map out my route? I wish to travel Kuala Lumpur- Seattle.will travel to NewYork by train. But from NewYork, I wish to travel to London .And Return to Kuala Lumpur from London . whole vacation trip 6-7 weeks. All international flights with ANA.
    Is this possible? Changing airlines ,I do not wish to encounter delays and then miss my ANA flights .

    Hi! I plan to book a round trip flight with ANA from Kuala Lumpur KUL to Minneapolis MSP USA via Singapore SIN and Haneda (KUL-SIN-HND-MSP).

    The proposed departure date is 15 Jan 2020.
    1st flight is KUL-SIN by MAS MH607 at 19.30pm.
    2nd flight is SIN-HND by ANA NH844 at 22.20pm.
    3rd flight is HND-MSP by DELTA DL120 at 19.20pm

    I would like to know if I can check through my baggage from KUL to MSP? Also, I understood that the check in baggage for ANA and DELTA is 2 x 23kg and hand carry is not more than 10kg. How about MAS? If I book the round trip ticket with ANA for this route, can MAS also allow the similar baggage allowance like ANA & DELTA?

    The return flight is 29May2020.
    1st flight is MAP to HND by DELTA DL121 at 11.34am.
    2nd flight is HND to KUL by ANA NH885 at 23.30pm.

    For the return trip, I will be arriving at Haneda airport by DELTA DL121 at 1.45pm and long layover of 9h45m before catching ANA NH885 at 23.30pm to KUL. How early can I drop my baggage at ANA counter at Haneda airport if my baggage is not checked through from MSP to KUL? Can I go to the ANA check in counter in Haneda airport to request for bag drop”?

    I understood that after March 2020, ANA International flight arrival will be in Haneda International Terminal but departure will be in Terminal 2. What is the best transport to take from the International Terminal to T2 as I am travelling alone with 2 large baggage and a hand carry bag?

    As the travelling date is very close, I would appreciate it very much if you could reply urgently. Thank you.

    I am writing to express my disappointment with the unreasonable connection time provided by your airline. I recently booked a flight with booking reservation number 62UZ8K, unfortunately, the connection time provided is extremely inconvenient and unreasonable. The layover time is only 3 hours 25 min (vice versa) which is not enough to go through security, pick up baggage, go through custom, an hour journey to Haneda airport and go through check in process. Furthermore, I am travelling with a senior citizen who is 73 years old and she is weak in walking. This situation is compounded by the fact that my elderly companion cannot move fast, making it impossible for us to make the connecting flight in time. I am concerned that I will miss my connecting flight and be stranded at the airport.
    I understand that delays and unexpected circumstances can occur, but I believe that the connection time provided by your airline is not sufficient to make a safe and comfortable journey. I request you to change my flight ticket without charging any fees to a flight that provides a more reasonable connection time.
