• The maximum weight of Checked luggage is 20kg.
• The maximum size not exceed 158cm/62”.

Checked bags no larger than 158cm/62” when adding up all three dimensions.The weight included is 20kg per bag. Additional weight can be purchased up to a maximum of 32kg per bag. Purchase up to 3 Checked bags per flight online or through our Customer Support. To purchase more, this will need to be done during check-in at the airport and will be subject to availability.

What are the Personal items allowed in Arajet Airline?

• All Arajet passengers can carry one small personal item (backpack, purse, computer bag) into the cabin, no larger than 15”x9”x7”/40x25x20cm and weighing no more than 6kg.
• Must be placed under the front passenger seat during the flight, except for the passengers seated in the front row, who must place all baggage in the overhead bin.
• Item exceeds the maximum weight or size allowance, you must pay the carry-on baggage fee or checked bag fee if checking the bag.
• For flights to and from Brazil the weight of the personal item is 10 kg.

How to pack your Checked Baggage items at Arajet Airlines?

• Your Checked things must packed, locked and bundled properly and securely enough to sustain pressure for safe handling and carriage under normal conditions.
• You should mark the inside and outside of your checked baggage with your name or other personal labels.
• The airlines will issue a baggage identification tag for each piece of your checked baggage.
• You may carry the Checked baggage on the same aircraft or it on alternative flight.
• If your checked baggage carried on a subsequent flight will deliver it to you, unless applicable law requires you to be present for customs clearance.
• If the baggage not packed properly, Arajet will not be responsible for making compensation to you for any possible damage that might occur as a result of such carriage.
• Excess of any ordinary checked baggage which exceed limits carried as cargo.

Special baggage

It includes sports equipment, musical instruments, electric wheelchairs, etc. Each category of Special baggage has specific prices, rules, and limitations.

The most common type of Special baggage is Sports Equipment (golf equipment, surfboards, fishing or diving equipment, etc.) Such items may not exceed 32 kg or 158 cm or 62” and must be appropriately packed as we cannot guarantee their protection. Motorized or pressurized equipment is not allowed.

• Lithium batteries and lithium battery mobile power packs (like Charger Pal) not for personal uses are strictly prohibited from carriage (during flight).
