I have been trying to reach the customer care line since yesterday to reschedule a flight but till now I still can’t and the flight is billed for 7:15pm
Dear Arik Air,
I purchased tickets through the Arik Air Apps on the 27th of October 2022 for my daughters to travel from Abuja to Lagos on the 30th of October 2022. The sum of NGN 127,065.00 was paid for this but no ticket was sent to my inbox from Arik Air even though I received evidence of payment from Paystack.
The complaint was lodged on [email protected] with no response, not even an acknowledgment! Several calls were placed to these numbers (0807 779 3501, 0815 777 9481 & 01 279 9999) with no response. I believe Arik Air phone numbers and email addresses are not created for attending to customer needs and complaints.
I plead with you to assist with my daughters’ tickets to enable them to travel as planned.
Lastly, In order to assist you in serving your customer better in the future, I would suggest you look into the connectivity between ArikAir apps and the bank’s platform. Something seems not to be working right. I used to have a nice experience using your App but my last two purchases were really troubling.
