Last year December, I booked a flight from Lagos to
Abuja and it was cancelled by just a day to departure and nothing was said for days.
I took it upon myself that I was to rebook for another trip, since no refund was made and I went to Lodge this complain at their office at Transcop Hilton Abuja and I was told to go ahead and call the customer care center when I’m ready to book.
I’ve been calling for days now, no one is picking and I urgently need to book from Lagos to Abuja, using the previous ticket that was cancelled by ARIK THEMSELVES.
Arik airline is officially the most corrupt, useless, and criminal airline in the country. I booked a flight from Benin to Lagos last year November, the flight was for the 5th Nov. 2022. It was cancelled by the Arik for operational reasons. And I immediately applied for a refund , I have wasted my airtime calling the terrible customer care that keeps telling me to send emails, which I have sent tons of email. Today is 15th March 2023, and there is no concrete information from Arik about my refund. So they expect me to loose 75,000naira just like that!!!
I am coming to your offices to cause violence the type you have never seen before!!!! Social media will get loud on this issue. You guyss just cross your finger you all will soon see
