        Your customer care services is nothing to write about both in areas of sending email, phone calls and even text message. When people are looking for work, they look so humble to get. When they are there after about three or six months after probation, attitudes and negligence towards what they sign for changes completely. Nigerians learn to fear God.       I boarded Arik from Abuja to Lagos on the 7th September 2021, flight w3734 boarding time was 18:25 but the flight was delayed, by the time will finally arrived Lagos my luggage was temper with and all my 3 charger was stolen, an iwatch series 5 charger, iphone charger and a vivo v19 charger.

    Good morning,

    This is just to notify your office that I didn’t book 7am for August 28 flight as informed by your customer care service during my call in earlier this morning and will not travel with same either.

    It’s amazing to know you just reschedule flights for passengers without notification, so if I had not called in today for a change I will not have known. Sorry I can meet up with 7am and won’t go in that flight.

    Attached herewith are the bookings. I did the booing myself and have my copy of the bookings.

    After delaying my flight from sokoto to LAGOS on the 26th of October 2018, the flight from Abuja to LAGOS was canceled and no provision was made for the passengers in Abuja. My main concern was that I was not feeling fine, the moment I got to Abuja airport I went straight to the clinic where I was given some drugs and I was ask to go to the arik office with a note that they should provide me with a place to sleep. I was neglected and I was dying all night. Iā€™ll make a case with that note. Itā€™s was a bad experience and they must pay for it.

    on Saturday 23rd December i was paying for flight reschedule for a passenger with flight code MGDZWH. amount – N16,578
    the person at the counter tried my atm cards severally due to bad network and i was debitted trice.
    twice on my Zenith account and once on my Parallex account.
    i was given declined reciepts to settle it with my bank if my money wasnt reversed, its well over a month and only one was reversed two mondays ago on from zenith but the other two havent been reversed the banks are saying Arik air has refused to refund the money and are saying service was rendered. please check your records we ended up using the atm and paying cash. kindly refund my money urgently ive spent alot going to banks everyday trying to get my money back.

    Is refund no longer honoured when cards are debited twice? This is five (5)months after complaining!!!

    I made an online booking for Arik flight from Lagos to Abuja for a friend on September 6, 2018. I got debited twice for the booking, because the first attempt said unsuccessful, but I got double deduction alert on the second attempt which was successful.

    I went to your office at Transcorp the second day September 7, 2018 to lodge the complain, and the details of the booking were supplied to the officer on ground, and she promised the money will be refunded soonest. After three weeks without any response or refund, I went back to the office and was asked to wait another four weeks. Exactly two months (November 26, 2018) after the second visit to your office at Transcorp, with no refund nor response, I sent a mail that was acknowledged and replied. I was asked question about the booking reference LRE6AB, and I responded almost immediately.

    What I don’t understand is what is delaying the refund of my money, after the official complain. I had gone to the office to lodge the complain well ahead before the flight time. And my request is not ambiguous nor unverifiable. I paid for the same person, for the same flight, at the same time, and if not for the possibility of online error, there is no how a person can book for two tickets with same name on a flight.

    Please I want to know what else I need to do to get my money back.

    Itā€™s just appalling how you neglect customers and their complaints. Itā€™s shows how weak your customer relationship is. May I remind you that without these customers, you wouldnā€™t be in business. Itā€™s either youā€™re debiting people wrongly or cancel & reschedule without their consent. Things cannot continue like this.
    Kindly, refund me my money for canceling my flight to owerri on7th Feb. & return to Abuja on 11th Feb. 2019. Itā€™s a little less than NGN50,000, but I wonā€™t be treated like other people. Iā€™ll carry placard if need be. Youā€™ve seen how easy the country has become. Donā€™t provoke people. It will take you 30days to refund customers, how insensitive can you be? You forget that the person might need to rebook on another airline almost immediately. Just filter out my email and settle me to avoid drama. I work very hard for my money by Godā€™s grace. And I wonā€™t have you mess with me. Please refund me, biko. I donā€™t want to visit you in Transcorp in this mood.

    I did not get a feedback from the Arik team with respect to my Payment on flight with reference NSJXFL, therefore I resorted to buy another flight ticket. This is what I avoided but the Arik team has been efficiently unhelpful in this matter, even the customer care number is unavailable after multiple tries to call back in an hour as proposed by your customer care on saturday 07.09.19. I have tried today again and no response.

    I hereby demand a full refund of the 60,004 naira payment.

    It is sad that you disregard customers and reading the comments here further proves it.

    I need my money back and i won’t be patient for the back and forth that Arik specilazes in. It is easy to take money off customers but hard to return it. IT IS VERY SAD AND THIS SHOULD BE RESOLVED!!

    My daughter after about a year in the house no thanks to ASUU and COVID 19 was glad she was going back to UNILORIN to resume. The flight was booked for Wednesday 24th February 2021 at 12.45 pm.     I am so so disappointed in Arik Air. We booked a domestic flight 2weeks ago (booking reference 189AYN) for our daughters returning from school to Abuja today 22 July 2023, we checked in a night before; that’s yesterday only to get an email this morning that the flight has been cancelled. The most annoying part was that these children were already at the airport in order not to miss their flight. All efforts to reach Arik Air customer service proved abortive, their numbers were ringing with no response. This is inhuman, unacceptable, and poor of this Airline. This is the real definition of inefficiency and ineffectiveness. It’s sad and we should be duly compesated
