I did not receive my luggage on my flight from Incheon to Manila and I was given an e-mail address and phone number from The name Ricard, Asiana baggage area. He never responded to my email and the phone. No one answered . I don’t know if it was a legitimate email and phone number. My mother died and I had one check in luggage. I came to the Phil to attend funeral of my mother. Pls follow up Asiana flight 703 from Incheon to Manila . Original departure date from DFW airport AA 1085, April 30 and OZ flight 201 April 30 and OZ 703 from ICN to Manila. Ricard took my bag claim ticket and won’t response to my calls. Pls follow up.
