Travel with your airline ASKY Airline from Turkey, with Turkish airline, via Kinshasa airport, via Lome airport to Lagos Nigeria on the 20/11/23. Your airline took this passenger to Lagos, Nig. leaving her two luggage behind in Kinshasa airport. She has made several effort through Nigeria airport in Lagos to your airline in Kinshasa to send the luggage to her, has proved abortive. She has made several calls to your office in Kinshasa, and officials at your airport confirm that these luggage is at their disposal, yet they refused to send it Lagos Nigeria without reasons. This is against international air travels regulation. This luggage contains my medication and other vital things. I’m appealing to you to send these luggage without delay. Otherwise, l will seek legal advice.
