- Hours of Operation – Parking is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- We accept cash and all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for our customers’ convenience.
- All parking areas have spaces designated for drivers with disabilities and are located in the closest proximity to the Airport Terminals from each lot.
- Automatic ticket dispensers issue parking tickets at the entrance to each parking area. Present this ticket to the cashier as you exit.
- To expedite the process when exiting parking areas, have tickets, cash or credit cards ready.
- We encourage Airport parking customers to remember (1) Refrain from placing your parking ticket visibly in your vehicle. (2) Take time to note your exact parking location and jot down the information on your parking ticket. Then, take your ticket with you.
- For our customers’ added convenience, we provide courtesy vans to assist our parking customers in the event they need a jump-start, air and/or customer assistance in locating their vehicles.
- Economy Courtesy Shuttle Cart service is available in the Domestic North and Domestic South Economy parking lots. The Courtesy Shuttle Service transports customers from the Domestic North and Domestic South Economy parking lots from 8 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week.
- There are security/courtesy officers strategically located throughout the parking facilities to assist with identifying available parking spaces, to provide assistance, as needed, as well as to increase the comfort level of our customers.
- NOTICE: Without prior arrangement with parking management, automobiles shall not be left over 30 days.
- No bailment created. Holder may park one automobile in the parking facilities at his/her own risk of any damage to auto or contents of same.
- International shuttle connector: Because Atlanta-bound passengers on international flights cannot access secured areas of the Airport after they pick up their luggage at the international terminal baggage claim, the Airport has established shuttle services to link passengers at the international terminal with existing facilities. The international shuttle connector is a free service and operates 24 hours a day.
- The international shuttle connector offers direct service from the international terminal to two locations: Existing facilities – A 15-minute shuttle ride connects the international terminal with the domestic terminal¡¯s ground transportation center at the west end of the building. From here, passengers can access the domestic terminal, parking areas and MARTA train service to downtown. Rental car center – A 15-minute shuttle ride links passengers with the rental car center, which houses all rental car transaction counters and vehicles.
