    j´ai telefoné au numero 0043517663100 pour recevoir des information sur les places que j´ai reservé et j´ai du attendre 20 minutes,
    apres 20 minutes il y a quelqun qui a repondu et il návais pas de reponse et il ma mis de nouveau en attende pour 5 minutes et apres il ma

    Omdat ik terugbetaling niet gekregen,
    Op 2 december 2020 heeft Expedia be. travel maatschappij mijn boeking herboekt op datum :
    04/07/2021 om 15uur naar Wenen en terug 11/07/2021 om 17:30 naar Brussel.
    Maar Expedia travel adviseer me contac met Austrian Airlines op te nemen om deze ticket te kunnen krijgen.

    Zou u zo vriendelijk willen zijn om deze probleem op te lossen.

    Concerning: delayed bagage on OS352, Sept 1st. Booking code W5HPKY. File reference OSVIE26543 and OSVIE26569.

    Dear Ms Pucher-Schwartz and colleagues at Austrian Airlines,

    Thank you for your inquiry concerning our lost suitcase. In the meantime, we have our suitcase back, but I am afraid that is not thanks to the efforts of Austrian Airlines, rather to those of ourselves. In fact, we are greatly displeased by the way Austrian have handled this problem.

    In Schwechat, I immediately went to the lost luggage department to declare our loss. Afterwards, I discovered that the employee had made several mistakes. First of all, I told him that the owner was my wife, Mrs Frieda Mast, not Bosmans, and that her name was on the suitcase. Still, he entered ‘Bosman’ (without the -s !) as the name of the owner. The biggest mistake however, was that he stapled the luggage label on the printed form he gave me, but never entered the number of that label (OS352180) in the file! We discovered this when we checked online if VIEOS26543 had already been found. While checking the record, we were able to add the name of my wife, but we could not add the number of the label! Taking into account all those mistakes, we were not surprised that the suitcase could not be recovered.

    As we began to lose all hope that we would get it back (and please note that it contained essential medicine and liquids for my wife’s contact lenses), we decided to open a new Property Irregularity Report online ourselves. It got number VIEOS26569, and wonder! IMMEDIATELY we got the message it had been found and would be forwarded to our hotel. Full stop!

    You will understand that we have two reasons not to be pleased with our trip with Austrian: first that my wife’s suitcase did not arrive together with mine (how can that happen, when they are checked in together and carry the right label to VIE?), second that Austrian’s actions to enter the loss and recover the suitcase were defective in every way imagineable.

    My wife Frieda and I are having a nice short stay in Vienna and try to forget the worries and discomfort this event has caused us. In exchange, I hope the experience my help Austrian to handle this kind of problems with more care for essential details.

    Today the 5th of november I called from Limassol ( Cyprus ) to change my flight shecdual to Vienna and asked to book me anotherr date ( april 4 to Vienna and april21 for return to larnaca ) . At the beginning everything was going well but after the lady said that she does not hear me and can not do any confirmation for the chang of the schedual .
