As a beekeeper I will travel the 25 April from Copenhagen via Wien to Odessa/Ukraine. OS308/OS619. I will in the hand luggage bring glasses of honey. The honey will be stiff. I have the approval from the authorities in Copenhagen Airport. But the problem comes in Wien. What do I do here ??
Also the same problem comes in Wien the 29 of April. Here I travel back on OS622/OS301. I will bring glasses of Ukrainian honey, stiff, with me. Here the problem comes at the transfer.
Please enlighten me of what to do.

I just recieved an email about changes in my booked flight for Vienna – the 3. time is has been changed now.
The new scheduled deperture time will not do since we already have made arrangements for that evening. I have tried to call the Helpdesk for a couple of hours now but it is impossible to get through.
Is there an email where these issues can be adressed, so I can have my tickets changed…???
