    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren!

    Tatsache ist, unter der Buchungsreferenz: RSCGZR haben wir am 21. 08.2020 zwei Busineß Flüge von VIE nach BKK gebucht.

    Da aus heutiger Sicht, mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit am 22.08. (geplanter Ankunftstag in BKK) von den thailändischen Behörden aufgrund der Corona Pandemie wenn und überhaupt eine Einreise nur unter Einhaltung einer mindestens 14tägigen selbst zu bezahlenden, 5* Hotel Quarantäne in BKK gestattet werden wird und wir uns dies keineswegs antuen möchten, stellt sich die Frage:

    Ist die AUA bereit, wenn wir unter diesen Umständen den Flug stornieren, uns einen längerfristig gültigen Voucher in der Höhe des bereits bezahlen Flugpreises auszustellen?
