Refund for ticket for Trygve Takle Pedersen and Karin Idsoe
On 13.04.2020 we had booked ticket from Stavanger to Vienna with OS 7646 from Stavanger at11.10 and from Oslo/Gardermoen with OS 336 at 13.55 to Vienna.
Our booking company Tripmonster has told us that Austrian will not refund our tickets. This must be a misunderstanding – we will not accept cash points etc – Accourding to EU regulations you have to refund the money we paid for the tickets since Austrien cancelled the flight – not us.
Please refund the credit card I paid the tickets with xxxxxxxx6543.
