Dear Austrian airlines,
My brother Nikolay Stoyanov Arbov is traveling with Austrian airlines (reservation number #NSQ95K) on May 19 from Sofia Bulgaria to Montreal via Vienna. He purchased seat No. 3A on the flight Sofia-Vienna, and seat No. 16K on the flight Vienna-Montreal.
My brother is bringing a sentimental painting from Sofia given to me by my parents when I finished Sofia University in 1970 (water treatment specialty). I escaped Bulgaria in 1970 and settled down in Canada, where we live now with my husband. Since the painting is very fragile I would like to ask you kindly to authorize his to store the painting in the cabin of the plane behind the last seat in the economy class.
I would like to thank you sincerely for allowing him to take the picture in the cabin.
