    On 17 September, flying OS463, on a direct flight from Vienna to Manchester my case went missing. I reported it immediately and my Ref.No. is MANOS10316 Taylor.
    On 22 September I got the message that the case has been located pending confirmation.
    On 23 September I got the message ‘delivery process initiated’.
    Today, 25 September, this message has not changed.
    Today , 25 September, I phoned BCS in Manchester and was told that the case was sent on but I still have not got the case. I could not get an answer whether the case has actually arrived and was told to contact Austrian Airlines as five days had elapsed.
    What am I to make of all this? Failing any cooperation I shall contact the Daily Telegraph to highlight the shambles.I have sent numerous e-mail messages to your feedback section.

    We travelled with a nurse for my wife from Newark International Airport on United Airlines business class for my wife’s condition of having to lie down on February 1st. I have not been compensated for my broken luggage which should have arrived from Barcelona via Air China on 2nd February and only arrived on Sunday evening 4th February, having gone on to Shanghai — so much for security. Austrian Airlines is the designated agent for Air China. Air China gives me the run around. Austrian Airlines makes it impossible to send them an email with the relevant details of my flight and frequent flyer details. Its communication is by means of a bureaucratic form which when one clicks the submit button, nothing happens.

    Lost luggage tag numbers -LH 397072 – LH397029.

    Due to this flight arriving at its connection late our flight was missed and we had to stay at a Hotel. Our baggage was mislaid and even though it was later found additional expences were incurred, and we missed some of our holiday because of the missed flight. We would like to claim compensation for the inconvenience caused, and would appreciate it if you could advise us as to what procedure we have to go through.

    This is Yaser Rafighdoost Writing. I am an old client of your airline since 15 years ago, resident at Austria, who have travelled with your airline and got my silver card number 992224860837 as of 10 years ago and miles and more account.
    I have travelled with your airline various times during each year and am very much sorry and disappointed to say that unfortunately your airline has imposed a very irreparable mental and material damage upon me. As per my attached ticket and tag number, I have only travelled to Iran for 4 days to hold some very important business meetings and had with me some very valuable samples which I was supposed to give out to my clients today, but to my shock, my suitcase has not reached me yet after three days from my arrival to Tehran. I have honestly and truly lost my business reputation for not being able to keep up to my promises to my clients and this is nothing that can be made up to.
    As per my new ticket number OS 992002332468590 dated 14.6.2019 I will fly back to Austria again and my business is unfinished. This has indeed given me an irreparable mental and material damage and I am very much disappointed and unhappy about it all.
    Thus I believe I have the right to take my claim to different referees unless your company will be ready to compensate my losses.

    The service is hopeless. Phone keeps on music no answer. Emails no answer. Online refund page cumbersome and does not allow multiple bookings under one request (I have 9 canceled flights due to Corona) No real Address to go to in person. Worst airline service I have seen in my 40+ years of flying.

    This is absolutely ABSURD….!!!! This office ā€˜downtownā€™ does NOT EXIST (= it has NOT been there for several years !!). As a result of Austrian (extremely irritatingly) cancelling my flight, I tried immediately to visit the ā€˜downtownā€™ office listed. When I reached that building I remembered that at least 3-years-ago I had SIMILARLY tried to visit that office without success….thus 100% misleading is the IMPLICATION that there might be a downtown office (as obviously travelling out to Schwechat Airport to discuss a problem is ridiculous….change these details NOW !!!!!
