    Dear sirs, we would like to claim our airfreight cargo under AWB 729-64792162 which should have left MIAMI to GUATEMALA already on Oct. 30, then was reprogrammed to be flown on Nov. 2 and once again was not flown to final destination.
    We are annoyed about this miserable service being a cargo of utmost urgency containing diagnostic products for the local COVID-19 pandemia.
    What is a confirmed flight worth while if you constantly run the ship date over to a new ETD ?

    I have been trying since April to reach someone regarding getting a refund for a canceled flight. I would normally accept a voucher however you stopped service from Los Angeles to Honduras so I am not able to use this ticket anymore. I have been left on eternal hold (over 2 hours) several times and not able to reach anyone. I have tried What’s app and your other options as well. Impossible to get a hold of anyone! It would be great to at least get a reply back with a time that someone might be able to call me. You have so many complaints on social media claiming the same issues from 100’s of customers. Please help me get my refund! I am entitled by law since you canceled the flight.

    The vouchers that Avianca is providing as a refund are NO GOOD. You are unable to use them. It has to be a scam. I have tried in every way possible to reach someone and I have been unable to do so.

    I bought a travel ticket to Costa Rica, it was charged to my cc ending. The amount was charged to my card in record time the same date of purchase. On 6/28 I requested the cancellation “BOGWE-562113” of the ticket and you confirmed receipt of my request. After a month of my request still I have not received the corresponding credit to my cc. Please check and solve my request promptly.

    It took me one hour to cancel a flight I bought and take credit for a future flight. When I tried to book my future flight I couldn’t do it online. I called customer service again and it took TWO HOURS to supposedly purchase a ticket. However, they couldn’t confirm I had a valid ticket and they didn’t refund the extra balance. The original ticket was over $1,000 the new one I was purchasing was $600. They never issued a credit and kept my $400. I was unable to log in and choose my seats which left me unsure if I even had new tickets. I ended up purchasing two new tickets for the same flight and was able to get my seats assigned.

    First, please tell me why it takes an hour to cancel a flight?

    Second, please tell me why it takes me two hours to rebook the flight using the previous credit?

    Third, why can’t I get an immediate confirmation when the tickets are supposedly issued and allowed to see the reservation online?
