      Hola mi nombre es Gladys, tengo una.queja, tengo un problema que nadie a tenido la caridad de ayudarme estoy al borde de un infartó,no sé quién me puede ayudar a estás alturas quisa llamaré a la televisión y quisa ellos si tengan más suerte q yo, mi única petición es q quiero hacer el cambio de nombre en un ticket ,antes q se me vendan , vivió en MD USA, ahí no hay una oficina central ,fui al aeropuerto no me ayudaron ,q por motivos de seguridad, fue 2joras tiempo perdido, viajo a NY q porque es la oficina más cerca ,y la en cuento cerrada por siempre ,como es pocible q por no hacerme el cambio por teléfono tengo q.viajar de tan lejos y gastar lo q no tengo pará digan q la oficina fue cerrada definitivamente,no hay nadie en la oficina, clemencia es lo q pido por favor

    Reservations (RT) from SFO to LIM in May. Connections in El Salvador. Both Peru and El Salvador placing restrictions on visitors and therefore need to cancel. reservation.

    Web Site useless for cancelling flight and requesting refund.

    Phone numbers and “Chat” function likewise useless/inoperative.

    been waiting for the past 5 hours… yes 5 hours! No one answers WhatsApp messages and no one answers the telephone. I received a confirmation email from Avianca yesterday for the reservation and you already charged my credit card for the ticket.
    Today Avianca sent me a new email that my reservation was canceled due to “inconstencies” but I honestly don’t know what that’s about. I checked on your website but the reservation still shows as confirmed… I want to know there’s no problem so I don’t get stranded at JFK when I show up for my flight on July 14th.

    Avianca is useless–website, phone, all contacts. DON’T USE THEM .. I stand to lose over $3,500 in fares.. I can’t reschedule, get a refund , chat or talk to anyone. I am ready to sue them for a refund.

    This is the worst airline customer service 800#. I have tried for a least 3 days trying to get to a human to speak over a modification in my flight. The 800# is HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! All I need is to speak to a human to confirm and figure out what options are best BUTnope all I get is long windbag responses that are of NO USE!!!!
    And their so-called WhatsApp chat with a rep is BOGUS!
