    I was denied boarding and received a voucher that I want to use. I was told to call your office to use the voucher to book a flight from Washington to Sao Paulo. I don’t see any phone number to call. How do I contact you?

        On saturday we came in the flGHT that comes from El Salvador at 8 :15 pm getting to Dulles Intl Airport on sunday at 1AM. Our airplane flight was Avianca AV 59O we were on seat 3A, 3C and 3D. We accidentally forgot a SAMSUNG Tablet with Dali painting cover on seat 3D. We want to Know iF personnel from Avianca have found the tablet, that way we May go bring it to that airport. We Will appreciate your Help.

    tengo programado un viaje ida domingo 15 y regreso sabado 21 a bogota pero mi empresa cancelo el viaje por motivo del coronavirus

    estoy tratando de comunicarme al CALL CENTER durante toda la manana me contestan pero me dejan esperando por tiempo muy prologandos

    necesito saber si avianca reembolsa el valor del tiquete o se puede aplazar el vuelo hasta que pase esta crisis de coronavirus

      This aeroline is the worst. First on may 26 my mom was scheduled to fly Santa cruz, bolivia to Washington DC. And she was on the checking and the person in the front tell my mom she can’t fly because the time fron her covi vaccine didn’t have the 14 days than has to have since she got. And he didn’t permit fly but the worst part he cancel and block the tickets and we can’t reschedule the fly for another time.
      Since I bought the ticket on expedia I talked to them but they said Avianca has to fixed and the samewith Avianca. The other part they said they won’t gave my money back. Since the both part has to gave actual information about covi and everything.
      Also I will let you know than I will contact with Telemundo an expose my case because the service it is to BAD.

    How do I reach someone regarding a refund on my cancelled flights? I get only dropped calls on all your 800 numbers, and there is no e-mail/text/chat option. My business class flights were for May from SFO to LIM, and under USA DOT rules, i believe I am entitled to refund.

    Why is it taking forever for you to answer your phones and when someone answers no one address the issues that need to be addressed. Your website to change or re-program tickets don’t even work. I have talked to some people, but no one has been able to help me.

    I have been trying to reach Avianca to redeem my voucher that I received due to Covid cancellation. I have called on 3 consecutive times and waited for 4 hours and no one answers. I’m just frustrated and confused as to how this is possible and they don’t have the option to call people back.

    Right now is a nightmare to fix a mistake from Avianca , 2 months trying to do solution but no luck ; I do 12 phone calls at all this time , and they hung up the calls or answer from Colombia, El salvador from people who doesn’t now or people to says will gonna fix it and call in 24 hours and nothing , …. next call says still the same !!!! I need to find a supervisor or office to complain about this; service online sucks , no work , same wats up or whatever they put for lost the time …


    i have been trying for 4 days to use a voucher to fly Aug 5 to Aug 8 to Bogota. your customer service department has been useless to handle the issue. hours on hold for days and nothing has been resolved with our voucher and is over $700 on your end. i would like to know, who can resolve this issue, has no other number has been given to contact. UATP according to the company that issues these cards, they should available to use once it is issued. however, your incompetent customer service department and your website have not resolved our traveling issues.

I called your call center and, after waiting for 45 minutes, the attendant just hung the phone. That was rude and completely impolite of your company. I will make a complaint. What kind of people do you have working with you!!!???

    I have 3 UATP cards for my daughters and myself. Tickets were bought April 2020. UATP expires December of this year.
    I need help getting 3 roundtrip tickets from DC to Lima for this August. They told me the only way is getting them through and agency. It’s been months and I still can’t buy anything. Hours on the phone. Messages on twitter. Every time I get a different answer.
