WHAT HOURS MAY I ENTER THE AIRPORT USING BNA PASSPORT?
This program allows access to the post-security side of the airport to visitors who are not flying between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. The last entry is at 8:00 p.m.

Be sure to allow enough time to get through the security lines. At peak travel times, we recommend two or more hours before you want to be post-security.

Under BNA® PASSport, you can enter and exit the airport at any time during your registered day and program operating hours, however, if you depart the post-security area you will have to re-enter through security checkpoints, so please plan accordingly.

WHAT IF THE SECURITY CHECKPOINT LINES ARE LONG?
Priority will be granted to ticketed passengers, enabling them to board their flights promptly.

Individuals with the BNA® PASSport may be required to wait before entering the checkpoint. The issuance of passes may be temporarily halted during peak travel periods or under special situations. Passes are NOT guaranteed.

WHY COULDN’T I SELECT A SPECIFIC DATE?
If you are unable select a specific date up to seven days before your visit, it means that the quota of visitors for that day has already been met.

We encourage you to consider visiting on an alternate day. To do so, simply submit a new application within seven days of your intended visit.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I BRING WITH ME?
BNA® PASSport users are subject to the same security regulations as ticketed passengers and access is granted by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

All prohibited items as well as liquids and aerosol cans apply to BNA PASSport pass holders. Bringing any of these prohibited items could mean that they are confiscated or you are denied access to the airport.

You are allowed to bring only one personal item such as a purse, backpack, or briefcase through the security checkpoint. See TSA What Can I Bring? for additional information.

Please note that the Information Center is unable to store any belongings for guests.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT I BOUGHT FROM ONE OF THE STORES?
If you wish to return a product purchased on a previous day, please be sure to confirm the return policy with the relevant store. After confirming, please submit a new application for a BNA® PASSport with at least a 24-hour notice and wait for confirmation of approval before arriving at the airport.

CAN I MEET PASSENGERS WHO ARE ARRIVING FROM INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS?
No, visitors participating in the BNA® PASSport program can only meet passengers post-security who are arriving on domestic flights or are reconnecting on another flight.

The sole designated meeting point for passengers arriving from international flights is within the pre-security area of Level 1, specifically at the exit from the International Arrivals Facility after they have completed the Customs process. There is no need to apply for a BNA® PASSport for this purpose.

CAN MINORS USE BNA PASSPORT?
Minors will still apply for and receive a pass, but anyone 18 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when using the program.
