Dear Sir/mrs.,
On 28th of June I checked in at Bornholm airport for my flight to Amsterdam. They gave me two boarding passes, one to Copenhagen and one to Bornholm. I checked in one suitcase. They told me the suitcase will go straight to Amsterdam. When I arrived in Amsterdam, my suitcase was missing. Airport is still searching for this. It probably stayed in Copenhagen. My friends from Bornholm went to the airport this morning to ask about my suitcase. At Bornholm airport they told them it is not possible to check in all the way to Amsterdam in Bornholm and I should have picked up my suitcase in Copenhagen. That is not true. I don’t understand how they can lie about it. In Amsterdam they said, when I filled out the report, that one hour and 15 minutes stopover was too short to put my luggage on the plane, so it will come on a next plane.They are still searching for that. I just don’t understand that Bornholm airport is telling things that is not true.
