    Please find attached an email I sent back on 11/8/2020 with no reply. I cannot get through to customer relations attempts. I appreciate you are busy but I am arriving in Cape Town at 18h40 so can not make the new flight you have given me
    I forgot to mention that for our return from Cape Town to London we are arriving from another city & won’t arrive in time to make the 18h45 BA58 flight you have switched us to on November 18.
    If I understand it correctly you have also cancelled our Brussels/London/Brussels flights?
    As this is completely unilateral & through no fault of ours I feel that a full refund of our booking is the only solution & I will not hesitate to take steps with the appropriate body to ensure this happens.

    I’m an executive club member, but due to Covid19 rules, I was some years not able to visit my son in Nassau/Bahamas. In the past, I did my booking thorugh Carlson Wagon Lit,but they only handle business travel now. I plan to go in 11/2022 , but in the past, I alwasy found a roundtrip price on the BA website, but now I get a price for Brussels-Nassau, and another price for Nassau-Brussels, which is at least 2 or 3x the prie for the flight to Nassau ????I also want a flight Brussels-London and then straight to Bahamas, no between stop in the USA . Could you give some more information, and when I decide to go, can I then book directly with BA, and not through another travel agency than Carlson ? Thanks for your reply
