Hi I am booked to travel back to London on December11th from Grenada Ref RJOX2P. I am at present unable to walk due to an acute lumbar spasm which is acutely painful and limits my mobility. If I don’t imrove dramatically I will not be able to survive a seat in Economy as I am unable to sit upright without rather dramatic spasms of pain which make me groan and yell. I was wondering whether you would be willing to give me a free upgrade to Business Class where I can lie comfortably for the duration of the flight. I would be most grateful for your kind consideration. Thanks Jan Topley. PS I have tried to upgrade to Executive class as I have a number of points but the website won’t seem to allow me without loging into my membership which defeats me.
